Wearing JK DeLapps(Rising Phoenix) "Sicilian Vanilla Attar"..... Gorgeous gorgeous blend that makes me shy to wear based on the many compliments I receive. I wear fragrances for my own personal experiences and enjoyment but this one grabs a lot of attention. The vanilla is well blended along with mysore sandalwood, tobacco and other notes. I really enjoy how the sandalwood plays back and forth with the other notes....
Oudh Dhul Q for me today. I first burned some organic trat chips from Adam. Enjoyed that as always and then followed with a bit of Dhul Q. When the smoke disappears of the chips, the smokiness/fruitiness of this wonderful Oudh starts kicking in. Topped with some beautiful Oudh wood notes which seem to get better with each experience. Simply wonderful stuff.
Assam 3000.
The powerful spices atop a base of pure oud wood of highest calibre is supremely attractive, so much so that I kept smelling it every 2-3 minutes while already preoccupied.
It's just that good... although Tigerwood 1995 I also need to stock up on, since it reveals the pure scent of purple jungle oud completely, no spices or any outer trappings. Just pure, powerful and very masculine scent of oud wood of amazing magnitude. If.I were a business owner, this is the oud I would wear in important ventures, applied liberally.
