Eine kleine Oudhmusik

Little baby, furry baby, you who are my friend
Tiny kitty, baby kitty, I have a scent to lend
A scent of shining peace and light
More precious than pure gold
This scent with which I touch you now
While in my arms to hold.

Tiny fuzzy, precious fuzzy, many here will smile
Silly kitten, funny kitten, listen here a while
A tiny drop of agarwood
Upon your little brow
My blessing and my promise to you
Given here and now.

(Yes, I write sappy songs to my cats. And yes, I did bless each of them with a tiny drop of Yusuf. Dhul Q isn't very... kitty-blessing-scented to me. You may laugh.)

I was gonna save this for my first real Kyara oil, but what the heck; I'm dropping it now for my Tigerwood conference.
Perhaps those in possession of high quality kinam or kyara oils can use this for lift off, as I imagine the pairing would be sublime.
Report back if you return from the stratosphere.

I have this little dance through darkness paired with the tiniest drop of Yoshi on my philtrum. I have an illuminated mechanical keyboard and that and my monitor are the only light in the room. My mind's eye is carrying me through the scortched remains of Prague as I work on the beginning of the second novel in the Hellscape series. I would love to give to you all my first few paragrapghs, but the material could be very upsetting to some. Anyone that wants a sample of the dark tales I weave is welcome to PM me, and I will open the gates of my fortress of man's deepest fears. I am a horror writer to the core of me. A couple of people from here have my book—they would be able to tell you how very deep and dark these caverns go.

But it is all scented in oud. I write much more effectively when that magic infuses my spirit.

Raga Shivanjali and Koh Kong! Mysteriously identical: Notes & Nuances. Fragrant notes and rhythmical fragrance. Paradoxes yoked together. Yeats-ian epithet for this Raga Shivanjali and Oud Koh Kong!
