I wanted to give a loud shoutout to @kesiro for allowing me to come and have a look at his beautiful Oudhs.
It truly was a beautiful surreal experience and I cannot be more thankful.
What a beautiful host, he and his wife were. Allowing me to not only see his Oudhs but hold the bottles without any hesitation. Haven't really experienced that before.
I got a chance to smell some of the best Oudhs on the planet. Something I couldn't have ever dreamed of.
Thank you again Dr! You Sir were beautiful from inside out!

Thank you very much for such king words my friend! Both you and your brother were a lot of fun. I am glad he was able to get out of bed early enough to make it, lol. And thank you so much for the great food. It was stellar.
It was a pleasure to share some of these treasures with you both who so clearly appreciate and treasure them as much as I do.

The first Nor-Cal Oud Fest was epic!

Sir Koool! My family and I enjoyed meeting you and your brother! Siiting together for a wonderful meal with new friends was a great experience.
It is the power of oud that brought us all here together, online with all the great folks here, and in person with you. That is a fantastic and amazing thing. I say we should plan some get togethers with more people in the future. California seems to have quite a few of us.

WOW!!!!! These pics are amazing. Also good to see pics of you both, I pray and echoing someone else's comment here as well that this indeed is the start of an Oudfest right here in the states, I will drive to Cali from Texas if I have too. Good work Kesiro and koolaid!

I counted 51 bottles... why am I the only younger person on here that is not yet at the point where oud is not liquid gold?!

No fair... :D

Somebody 'donate' some, or I will knock on your door. :D

PS: Brother kesiro, how did you get the oud in the non-standard bottles? They look much larger than 3 grs, even though the labels say otherwise. :)

Hey Ahmet! The bottles contain 3 gm although I believe they actually are 2gm bottles. These are the high recovery V-vials that Ensar offers. I did send Taha some to put some oils in and some I transferred at home. They require more diligence as they can tip easier than standard bottles but IMO they look much sexier and should be a better long term storage vessel.

@Ahmet: No they are not delicate. The glass is heavy and stout but there is no applicator stick. This is both virtue and a fault. Virtue because there is no potential interaction between oil and plastic, and fault because it is more of a pain to use your own plastic toothpics. I dispense a small amount into a 0.15ml plastic v-vial which has a plastic stick and uses that sample for a week or 2 so I do not have to keep opening the big bottle all the time.

Likewise! I had a good laugh also! Well you Easterners can plan something, but we are also going to cook something more as well. Just finishing the main ingredients before putting it all together! :D:D
