Sometimes, oud is all that will help.

I have a really worrying issue with my health right now, and I confess that I am a little scared. I went to see a doc today about it, and needed my head clear so I could discuss it. I declined taking my pain meds and my anxiety meds. Instead, I chose to put on some Oud Yusuf. I dabbed a little just under my nose as well as wearing the swipe I normally wear.
Beauty won over fear.

I have something going on that is causing repeated and sary urimary-tract infections, one of which put me in the hospital in November. There will be a lot of testing, some of which will be painful. I'm confident they will find out what's wrong and that I will live to....

.... buy more oud! ♥

It's probably either something structural (fixable) or just stubborn (also fixable). The oud helped a lot. I also got complimented by one woman and sent her to Ensar Oud. I like when people throw money at Ensar. because... he then makes us more oud!

Sorry to hear about your issue. Wish I could help but as a bone doctor, I am pretty much worthless with regards to your situation. Should not be too hard to figure out though. I pray things will get righted soon!!

Hi Steel, consider a CBD tincture and less meds, and i've heard a drastic ph change in the body like a gluten free/wheat free diet can sometimes do wonders. Good luck.

Less meds is unfortunately not an option for me with some of the stuff I have wrong. I've kind of eliminated everything that is safe for me to cut out. I am already on not just no wheat, but almost no grain. Red meat is a treat; I don't eat it very often. I work with a dietician who really knows her stuff, so she's been helping me do things like increase dietary fiber. If you cut out grains, the fiber has to come from somewhere. In my case, that's legumes: I tolerate them well and they are versatile. I am unfortunately not able to use cannabinoids or any other cannabis product. I am seen by the VA alone, and they would take away pain meds I rely upon when my pain gets past a certain level. I can attest to the fact that wheat isn't the einkorn and spelt that humans first were able to eat. What we have now is a toxic mess!

No, the VA follows federal mandate. Despite being in a state that allows medical marijuana, they would remove all my pain meds if I was found to be using marijuana. I wish I could use it.

One other you could look into is cupping. Not just pulling the skin but drawing the bad blood out. It has done wonders to people. Just a thought I wanted to share.

I enjoy making spelten and kamut for my family, I agree with you that modern wheat has been bred to be addictive.

As for your burny wee, as a field repair go with loads of unsweetened cranberry juice or smoothie.

If you can't stand the taste then you can buy it in concentrated capsule form, hope it helps.
