SOTD

I got soul freeze and brain numbness when I sniffed this oil I almost shed a tear. The opening of this oil is what Hindi and what Oud is all about.
I don’t need to analyze it as I can’t add anything more than what respected @Rai Munir has said before about this oil. Ensar should move it to the Olde Oud section.

Musk-flavored oud vinegar…

Dr. Hindi by FO this evening and wee hours.

I will be driving overnight to Virginia Beach to give the little monsters their last taste of beach this year, north of alligatorsunkholecraziesland anyway. it should keep me perky along with all the unhealthy energy fizzy stuff.

My sniffer is still properly broken; been congested for two weeks.
I have a bunch of new gems that have arrived that have not even been opened, as well some other acquisitions from the mid summer that have not been properly studied yet. This is tortuous madness. I dare not uncork any precious oud until all is clear again.

Luckily, I have surplus of a few distillations of khus that I'm applying generously during these dark trials of almost complete olfactory system shut down.
So again, SOTD is khus, khus, and more khus until I can smell something other than grey.
Stay healthy, brothers and sisters.

:cool:FO Old School Thai today with the scent of bitterness...

Friday early morning barely 20 miles from home a deer completed a kamazaze run on my front bumper cover. I managed to brake and swerve safely but it still took out one indicator light so defeated I returned home.

Now I understand why deer hunting is so popular in the US of A. It's not just a sport or way to feed your family but preemptive car maintinence!

Therefore, I wish my SOTD was EO Borneo Zen and cordite.

Good evasive maneuvers, probably spared more damage. One never knows how one will react in emergency situations, your instincts served you well, again!!! You deserve a Double Swipe :)

So I decided to revisit a couple older oils, swiped them, then five samples from a buddy arrived in the mail. Assessed three oils off the stick and swiped two of them. So you're probably thinking that I'm all ouded-out by now, but somehow I got the urge for a specific oil, out comes Sultan Abdüs Selam. I just needed to flush my senses with something ethereally good. That blue-green aquaticness derived from the PNG chips hits-the-spot. I can only dream that one day Ensar will make an oil called Blue Green Bliss, nothing but PNG aquatic goodness from top to drydown:rolleyes:
