Swipe of the week: Tigerwood Royale
Been an everyday affair this week, really helping with the early mornings, aiding in transcendence, providing strength and demonstrating dignity.
And the dry down; such an enormous arc of an addictive, dark, and seductive sweetness lurking in the royal palace.
I can see why a Shaykha/Khalifa/Queen/Rani/Malika/Kralovna/Regina would adore this.

Kenmei and Darul Aman. Vietnam and Malaysia. In celebration of the best round of golf I played in my life today.

SOTD for me is Super Global KL Oud (FO) - super rich and dynamic oil, predominantly Malaysian - reminds me a good bit of Berkilau, which is very high praise indeed..

Oud Zachyryyia this evening. Primordial old school Hindi singing all the right notes. If you appreciate the barny style Hindi oils, run and get this while you still can. It is a benchmark for this genre.
Sounds excellent! Looking forward to this one!
I have a bottle sitting in Amman waiting for me.
Thanks to all of you that put the bug in my ear about OZ.

When you think that warm weather has arrived, but you're suddenly cast into freezing winds and grey skies, Dhul Q to the rescue! It provides a consoling warmth unlike any other oud I've ever tried when it's cold out.

Man, that sounds awesome! That one has been on my radar but I don't have enough kidneys to sell. Must be incredible. Congrat's bro.
Kesiro, once again you disappoint me. If you don't have the imagination and complete lack of medical ethics to devise an illicit kidney pilfering scheme in order to feed your Oud habit, then you should surrender the symbols of your vocation: your five iron, bottle of desk-drawer scotch and vibrating prescription pen to the nearest licencing board.

SOTD is TWIS Afternoon in France again, as it's 33 oC here it seemed more than appropriate.

Well my dear chap, I am disappointed in myself as well. Although, I think I shook something loose from a heaving laugh while reading your post, and maybe it's an extra kidney??
But I do have an idea about a kidney scheme. We can start a little 'medical rejuvenation spa' somewhere in Mexico, if you catch my drift.

:D

Wow! Super jealous! @Taha.....Syed's Ascent is ready?
Not quite 'ready', but like kesiro said.. 'ready enough'! :)
The top notes were a vibrant blue. What I have noticed is that ALL natural aromatics with a blue tinge share a common scent element... the very same thing that you find in Blue Tansy, Blue Cypress, Blue Chamomile and all other blue essential oils. Even though the base notes were a deep green (and the final color of the oil is deep green too), it never lost the blue aroma. There is something vital, healing and therapeutic about it.

Agreed - it's inexcusable that a surgeon cannot find himself a fresh kidney or three during the course of his workday, especially when it concerns such fine ouds.. Most people will get along just fine with only one kidney as it is - nothing to feel bad about..

Well that is a problem my friend. The only thing I can get an unlimited supply of is bad discs. Nobody wants those dammit.
